Before joining, please read the following Terms & Conditions:

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:  These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you and the FemDom Banner Exchange ("SissyLand.com", "SissyLand", or "we", "us" or "our") regarding your participation in the content and services we have entitled the FemDom Banner Exchange.  By accessing and using FemDom Banner Exchange, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms of this Agreement, and that you agree to be bound by them.  If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorized to access and use the FemDom Banner Exchange, and you should exit this site immediately.

All members of the FemDom Banner Exchange are required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Anyone violating these Terms and Conditions is subject to immediate removal from the banner exchange program without any obligation from FemDom Banner Exchange to redeem any earned credits.

1. Member agrees to insert each of the full and unmodified (except as instructed) HTML code blocks we provide you in connection with your registration for free participation in FemDom Banner Exchange on at least 1 page of your web site; but in as many or few pages as you choose. We reserve the right to verify the correct placement of our HTML code through any means.

2. Member acknowledges that FemDom Banner Exchange is a free service supported by our sponsor, SissyLand.com. Member agrees to display SissyLand's banner on at least one page of their site in exchange for free participation in the Exchange. At any given time, the FemDom Banner Exchange HTML code on a member's site may display an advertisement from another member or from the FemDom Banner Exchange itself.

3. Member agrees FemDom Banner Exchange HTML code and the SissyLand banner code will be placed in plainly visible locations on the page(s) where they are displayed.

4. Member agrees to ONLY create 1 free membership in the Exchange. Additional memberships after the first free one must be purchased. The annual price for one paid membership is $90 (prepaid). Multiple paid memberships may qualify for discounts. Any Member violating this rule will be terminated from the Exchange without warning and banned from all future free participation in the Exchange.

5. We reserve the right to terminate your account if your site displays an inordinate number of banners for or links to competing banner exchange programs or if you display the FemDom Banner Exchange HTML code more than ONCE per page or in a high number of dynamically generated pages (all of which will be determined at our discretion).

6. You may not artificially inflate traffic counts to your site using any device, program or other means. You may ONLY insert the HTML code once per page. You may not include the HTML code on any pages that automatically reload or forward to another page without interaction from the visitor of the site or on pages not visible to the general public. You may not insert the HTML code into any pages not related to the site being advertised. Anyone found in violation of these policies will be immediately terminated and banned from participation in FemDom Banner Exchange.

7. The following sites are NOT allowed to participate in FemDom Banner Exchange: Sites NOT related to Dominant Women or the FemDom Lifestyle and not containing related products or services; sites that contain little or no original content; sites encouraging illegal activity or any type of discrimination such as racist or homophobic sites; sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities; sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities; sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email; sites containing any abusive language; sites that are deemed otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to allow or deny your participation in FemDom Banner Exchange and to terminate your participation in FemDom Banner Exchange at any time for any or no reason.

8. You acknowledge and agree that your web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by us for uses such as (without limitation):  top ten sites statistics, lists of member sites, etc.

9. You agree to utilize our services at your own risk. SissyLand, the FemDom Banner Exchange, its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of FemDom Banner Exchange.

10. ALTHOUGH WE WILL MAKE A REASONABLE EFFORT TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY SERVICES FOR OUR MEMBERS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE DEPENDABILITY, ACCURACY, OR TIMELINESS OF THE SERVICES OF FEMDOM BANNER EXCHANGE.

11. In connection with your participation in FemDom Banner Exchange, we may occasionally provide you with information that is proprietary to us. You acknowledge and represent to us that you are not a competitor of SissyLand, and agree not to share information you receive from us with our competitors.

12. If you violate any of these terms and conditions (as determined by the Administrators of the FemDom Banner Exchange in their sole discretion), you may be prohibited from participating in the FemDom Banner Exchange.

13. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the FemDom Banner Exchange and SissyLand.com harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.
